I felt like my friends and family betrayed me.

When I got licensed as a realtor, I did what you're probably doing right now—asked around, searched online, read reviews. I went with the ones my friends and family had recommended — they had years of experience and a great reputation.

But after working with them and getting disappointing results, I decided to dig into the MLS and look them up. The gap between their reputation and performance was just brutal: price reduction after price reduction, so many listings that expired.

That's when I realized: if I couldn't tell as a licensed realtor, home sellers didn't stand a chance.

Everyone knows this industry is broken. Aggressive agents get rewarded for closing deals lazy and fast. And the fastest way to sell anything is to cut prices.

But I'm building Five & Dime to become the go-to resource for how sellers choose agents. And make the truth impossible to hide. And with that comes a natural reset: the best agents will get more business than they can handle alone—so instead of just growing teams, they'll actually train them. (Which was my own personal goal.)

Home sellers win. Great agents win. New agents finally get real training and win. And the agents who consistently cost sellers money? Well, they’ll lose their ass. Rightfully so, for the financial harm they've inflicted.

So thank you for being here, and thank you for your part in making this industry and this world a just little bit brighter.
